We strongly recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially for evenings and weekends which fill quickly. Same-day appointments are sometimes available — call us directly at (704) 286-0906 for Dilworth or (980) 428-9934 for Oakhurst.

Come in comfortable clothing. You'll undress to your comfort level in a private room — most clients undress fully, but you are always draped with a sheet. For infrared sauna sessions, wear a bathing suit or bring shorts and a towel. Everything you need is provided.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee, and no-shows will be charged the full session price. We respect your therapist's time and ask that you respect it too.

Yes. Dilworth has free parking in our dedicated lot off Park Road. Oakhurst has ample free parking in the shopping center lot. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment so you can check in and begin your transition into relaxation mode.
